I fractured my humerus—one of the strongest bones in the human body—and blew out my back simultaneously. Overnight, the "Provider" was sidelined. I couldn't move, I couldn't lead, and worst of all, I couldn't pick up my baby daughter. I will never forget the look in her eyes when she realized her dad couldn't play with her. That was my rock bottom.
